Finding the right contractors in the Philippines
is not that difficult. You just have to know the right people
to ask from. When its constructing especially your first home
you could not just get the directory and call anybody. Why? its
because house construction is a serious matter. Here, you will
put your hard-earned money.
We are not against advertisement. We also do that. But the point
I am getting to is, referrals are more safer. Referrals work
like networking. You ask from people you know to refer good contractors
that they are familiar with. Some of your friends friends may
know.

start on doing your background check on those teams. Check out
their finish projects. Go to the actual site. Interview some
of their clients. I know this sounds like a lot of hard work.
What you would be doing is being proactive on your part. But
this will definitely give you a better foundation to start on
your construction.
